In response to the recent federal layoffs resulting from the DOGE cuts, the National Career Development Association (NCDA) has mobilized a network of credentialed Career Coaches and Facilitators who are generously offering their services pro bono to impacted federal employees. These experienced professionals are ready to help individuals navigate job loss, explore new career paths, and secure new employment opportunities. Their support includes resume guidance, interview preparation, career planning, and more.

If this initial group becomes fully booked, a second wave of equally qualified coaches is prepared to step in and assist. Please share this link with anyone who may benefit from this support.
